Biography
Bryan Brokmeier is a seasoned financial executive with over 20 years of experience across capital markets, corporate finance, and investor relations, with deep domain expertise in life sciences and medical technology.
As a managing director at Everest Advisors, Bryan serves as a fractional CFO, delivering strategic financial leadership to companies at all stages of growth. He specializes in scaling financial operations, raising capital, and positioning clients for shareholder liquidity events. With a strong foundation in capital markets, competitive and financial analysis, and capital formation, Bryan helps clients align financial strategies with business goals while driving investor engagement and instilling financial discipline.
Previously, Bryan was Vice President of Investor Relations and member of the Finance Leadership Team at QuidelOrtho, a global diagnostics company formed by the merger of Quidel and Ortho Clinical Diagnostics. He created the company’s strategic priorities, which became the foundation for enterprise-wide alignment and resource allocation. He also played a key role in post-merger integration, finance-related initiatives, and Ortho’s $443M secondary offering.
Earlier in his career, he transformed the investor relations function at Waters Corporation, a global life science tools company, and played an instrumental role in building the competitive intelligence that underpinned the newly formed corporate development office.
Bryan began his career in accounting before transitioning to equity research at both global investment banks and boutique firms, where he covered life science tools, diagnostics, and medical technology companies, where he provided strategic insights on market dynamics, company valuations, and financial forecasting, advising institutional investors and corporate executives on key investment decisions.
Bryan holds an MBA in Finance & Accounting from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a B.S. in Finance & Applied Economics from Ithaca College. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and an active member of the CFA Society of New York.
