Dalen Lawrence is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, and financial oversight across multiple industries, including energy management, software, telecommunications, and marketing. 

As the Founder and CEO of Unity Energy Solutions Group, Dalen led the company in developing innovative HVAC and lighting control solutions, with a specialized focus on improving energy efficiency for multi-site operators in restaurants, manufacturing, and medical facilities.

Dalen also co-founded and directed several high-growth ventures, including Frontline Sales Group, where he contributed to achieving over $210 million in annual sales, and Executive Marketing Services, which produced millions of customized advertising pieces for major Las Vegas casinos. 

His experience spans all aspects of financial management, software development for operational efficiency, and strategic negotiation, having led companies from the pre-revenue stage through substantial revenue growth and eventual sale.
