Biography
Helena Ferrari is a global human capital strategist and board advisor with more than 25 years of experience guiding CEOs, investors, and boards through transformation, growth, and crisis. Known for bridging the gap between business strategy and ethical governance, she helps organizations strengthen performance, culture, and compliance across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific.
As Managing Director at Everest Advisors, Helena leads the firm’s Human Capital and Governance Advisory Practice, guiding private equity firms, growth-stage companies, and global enterprises through leadership transitions, integrations, and organizational transformation. She partners with boards and CEOs to design governance models, succession frameworks, and compensation strategies that drive accountability, scalability, and long-term value.
Before joining Everest, Helena founded The HRRX, a strategic advisory firm providing board and C-suite counsel on governance, risk, and culture during IPOs, M&A, and restructuring. She has served as a fractional and interim CHRO for companies in technology, manufacturing, consumer goods, renewable energy, and healthcare—supporting clients such as Nogin (NOGN), Office Beacon, Custom Chemical Formulators, and Enevate Corp. through complex transformations and compliance initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Helena held senior HR and governance roles with Pacific World Cosmetics, Nexus Brands Group, SDC Technologies, and Hanwha Q Cells, leading cross-border M&As and global integrations.
Helena holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of La Verne and a Private Company Governance Certificate from the Private Directors Association, where she co-leads the HR Pulse Subcommittee. She is also a GPHR-certified professional and frequent speaker on AI governance, PAGA reform, and the evolving role of the CHRO as a board partner.
