Patrick Grower is a senior business leader with more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, business leadership, setting up and scaling start-ups, overseeing financial system and ERP implementations, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, internal controls, and conducting due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Patrick has held pivotal roles as Corporate Controller and CFO for privately held companies, as well as leadership positions within Fortune 250 companies, where he directed Cash Flow and Balance Sheet teams.

Patrick brings substantial experience in manufacturing and construction. He has a proven history as a fractional Controller and CFO. His work with clients is driven by a commitment to help drive their efficiency and revenue growth.

In July 2024 Patrick co-founded Everest Advisors LLC, with several other like-minded finance and business leaders. Everest seeks to become the preeminent C-suite advisory firm in the U.S., focusing on high-performing, experienced, and team-oriented leaders. In addition to client responsibilities, Patrick leads the Executive Search for Everest, focusing on helping clients find and hire premiere talent.
