Todd Griffith, CPA, is an experienced accounting and finance leader with more than 15 years of strengthening financial operations, modernizing reporting, and guiding organizations through audits, transactions, and periods of rapid change. Known for combining technical rigor with practical, hands-on execution, he builds reliable financial infrastructures that support clarity, confidence, and scalable growth.

As a Managing Director at Everest Advisors, Todd provides fractional and interim Controller leadership, partnering with companies navigating growth, transition, or operational strain. With experience in retail, consumer brands, technology, manufacturing, media, and professional services, he streamlines accounting processes, enhances controls, and improves financial transparency for his clients. 

He previously served as Controller for Maxfield, where he rebuilt the financial statement model, accelerated month-end close timelines, modernized internal controls, resolved compliance issues, and led the accounting team for a $50M–$75M multi-store and eCommerce business. At Buxbaum HCS, LLC, he served as Director of Accounting Services, delivering M&A advisory and financial due diligence across multiple industries while leading GAAP compliance upgrades, developing FP&A frameworks, and supporting sell-side readiness. He also served as Director of Finance & Accounting for E-Line Media, leading accounting, reporting, and budgeting.

Earlier in his career, Todd was an Audit Manager at Crowe LLP, overseeing engagements for middle-market and private equity–backed companies and led international audit work in Australia during their peak season. He also held audit leadership roles at Green Hasson Janks and RBZ/Armanino.

Todd holds both a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and maintains his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation. His approach consistently accelerates alignment, improves decision-making, and strengthens financial performance.
