Biography

Kerry McLeod is an accomplished marketing and growth strategist with over 20 years of experience leading digital transformation, eCommerce expansion, and marketing optimization across media, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, B2B services, and consumer products. Known for bridging traditional and digital marketing gaps, she has delivered double–digit online growth while strengthening omnichannel strategies and revitalizing brands in public, private, and founder-led companies.

As Managing Director at Everest Advisors, Kerry partners with CEOs, board members, and private equity sponsors to close marketing performance gaps through targeted audits, digital diagnostics, and growth playbooks that link brand and customer experience to revenue and EBITDA. She also leads Everest’s internal marketing and brand strategy.

Previously, as Chief Digital Marketing Officer at Barco Uniforms, Kerry led the transformation from a wholesale-only model to a consumer-first brand. She launched a DTC platform, revitalized brand architecture across 1,500 retailers, and built a cross-functional team to drive omnichannel growth. Strategic partnerships with ABC/Disney and Skechers, combined with digital innovation and data-driven marketing, delivered record product launches and sustained double-digit annual eCommerce growth.

Earlier, as Vice President of Digital Marketing at Delta Apparel (NYSE: DLA), Kerry led the eCommerce division for a portfolio of lifestyle brands, delivering double-digit growth for seven consecutive years. She launched a “brand central” approach and site upgrades, boosting online sales by 58% in her first year and activating multi-channel strategies that drove record acquisition, retention, and profitability.

Kerry began her career at Cox Enterprises in marketing roles across multiple subsidiaries. She holds a B.S. in Psychology and Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and is a member of CartStars, a think tank for the future of e-commerce and retail.
