Biography
Jonathon Lobbins is a healthcare business executive and growth strategist with more than 25 years of experience building, scaling, financing, and transforming businesses across medical technology, digital health, sleep health, imaging, AI-enabled platforms, and healthcare services. He has built solutions that translate unmet clinical and operational needs into scalable commercial platforms by combining product strategy, market access, capital planning, and technology-enabled care models.
As a Managing Director at Everest Advisors, Jonathon partners with founders, CEOs, boards, and leadership teams to convert strategic priorities into transaction-ready growth plans. His work focuses on corporate finance, M&A, fundraising, partnerships, and AI-enabled healthcare platforms, helping companies sharpen their narrative, strengthen diligence materials, and build pathways to financing or exit.
Previously, Jonathon served as CEO and Board Chair of Primasun, a ResMed and Verily digital health joint venture focused on sleep-related disorders. He established the company’s governance and board structure, secured approximately $20 million in internal funding, and built the exit-ready strategy that supported ResMed’s acquisition of all outstanding shares in January 2024.
Earlier in his career, Jonathon held leadership roles at Medtronic/Covidien, Siemens Healthineers, and Edwards Lifesciences, leading corporate development and M&A, portfolio strategy, and global product and commercial strategy across medtech. He is also the Founder and Board Chair of Keycard Health.
Jonathon holds an MBA in General Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, an MS in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Florida, and a BS in Chemistry from Michigan State University. His executive education spans AI (Stanford, MIT), venture capital (UC Berkeley), and board leadership (Harvard, NACD). He has been published in Fast Company, spoken at HLTH and Octane, and is a named inventor on multiple patents in healthcare and digital-health software.
