Peter Priebe

Peter Priebe is a versatile C-suite leader and CPA with nearly three decades of experience spanning finance, operations, mergers and acquisitions, and board governance across the architecture, engineering, and design consulting sectors.

As an Everest Managing Director, Peter provides fractional CFO and COO advisory leadership, specializing in financial restructuring, M&A integration, treasury and risk management, and board-level reporting for growth-stage and transitioning firms.

Most recently, as Executive Director at Ware Malcomb, a $200M+ international design firm, Peter directs IT, HR, and Real Estate, and leads M&A activity and due diligence. Previously, as CEO and CFO of Jerde Partnership, he led an ownership transition and international growth strategy while serving on the Board of Directors.

Over 12 years as CFO of WATG Holdings, Peter grew the firm from $40M to over $75M in gross revenue, reduced debt from $10M to effectively zero, and supported growth from 230 to 450 employees, while serving as Interim CEO during a leadership transition. Earlier, as Corporate Controller at Stantec (formerly The Keith Companies) and Hines Horticulture, he led SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and integration for publicly traded companies.

Peter holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine (summa cum laude), a BS in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and is a CPA licensed in California. He has completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
