Biography

Kenneth Huelskamp is an accomplished CFO and strategic advisor with over 25 years of experience leading complex financial, legal, and operational transformations in global manufacturing, packaging, recycling, and industrial services. Renowned for his transactional leadership, Ken has orchestrated more than 30 major strategic transactions totaling over $25 billion across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, with deep expertise in M&A, capital structuring, private equity, and cross-border operations.

Most recently, Ken served as Chief Financial Officer at Fiber Industries, a private equity-backed polyester fiber manufacturer owned by MHR Fund Management. At Fiber, he rebuilt the finance function, implemented audit-quality reporting, trimmed the monthly close, reduced non-labor costs by 36%, and supported a transition to sustainable, circular economy solutions. Ken co-led a $125 million debt refinancing and facilitated due diligence for multiple strategic alternatives.

Previously, at Corrugated Supplies Company, Ken was Vice President of Finance and President & Investment Manager for Boxes Inc. and Mid-America Display. There, he led a rapid turnaround—growing sales 24%, raising production 27%, achieving EBITDA breakeven in five months, and restructuring $40 million in debt—culminating in a successful acquisition.

Earlier, Ken spent nearly two decades at International Paper in executive roles, where he led multi-billion-dollar strategic transactions, structured significant investments, served on multiple international boards, and managed key operational and compliance initiatives globally.

Ken holds a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). He has collaborated extensively with investment banks, regulators, and tax authorities worldwide, and has served on boards for public, private, and joint venture companies, consistently championing strategy execution, governance, and sustainable value creation.
