Biography
Patrick Grower is a senior business leader with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, business leadership, and scaling startups. His expertise spans financial system and ERP implementations, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. He has held pivotal roles as Corporate Controller and CFO for privately held companies, as well as leadership positions within Fortune 250 companies, directing Cash Flow and Balance Sheet teams.
Patrick is a co-founder of Everest Advisors and serves as the firm’s CFO. He also operates as a fractional CFO and controller, helping clients optimize financial operations, improve forecasting, and implement scalable ERP systems. In addition to client work, Patrick leads Executive Search for Everest, supporting clients in hiring top-tier talent.
Previously, as Corporate Controller at Rooney Holdings – Manhattan Construction Group, Patrick managed financial reporting for six operating companies, oversaw over 120 monthly project financial reviews, and led a multi-unit ERP system implementation. He streamlined financial forecasting, transitioned more than 35 bank accounts, and established company-wide treasury controls. Additionally, he developed a cash forecasting tool that improved liquidity management and financial visibility organization-wide.
Earlier in his career, he served as Plant Controller at Ingredion Incorporated, managing an $85M budget, ensuring SOX compliance, standardizing cost reporting, and mentoring controllers across locations. At International Paper, as Regional Controller and Interim Plant Manager, he supported global restructuring, capital projects, SEC compliance, and streamlined corporate finance functions.
Patrick holds an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Memphis and a B.B.A. in Accounting from Delta State University. He is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified, a graduate of the International Paper Leadership Institute and Ingredion Leadership Management Program, and was founding president of the Oklahoma Construction Finance Management Association (CFMA).
