Where We Work

Based in Beverly Hills. Working across North America.

Everest is based in Beverly Hills. We are a firm of more than 25 Managing Directors in cities across North America, so the executive who joins your team can be in the room when it matters.

Our Managing Directors are operators who have each led functions and teams at companies of various sizes. We work fractional, a few days a week; interim, when the seat is open and the work can’t wait; or project-based, when there’s a defined job to finish.

How the work happens

Board meetings, audits, lender reviews and buyer visits are usually in person. Day-to-day finance, operations and people work is often remote. We plan the time in person around the moments that decide the work, wherever your company is.

What stays the same in every city

The same operators. Managing Directors who have each led functions and teams at companies of various sizes.

The same ways to work. Fractional, interim or project-based, whichever fits the work.

The same range. Finance, operations, marketing and people leadership from one firm.

Proof

Across the team, Everest has closed more than 50 M&A transactions, buy side and sell side, with combined transaction value of more than $55 billion, and has raised more than $4 billion across more than 75 capital raises.

Questions about where we work

Do you only work in these cities?

No. These are the cities where our Managing Directors are based. We work with companies across North America.

What if there is no Managing Director near us?

We still work with you. Day-to-day work is often remote, and we are there in person when the work calls for it.
