Angela Bicos is an entrepreneur, CEO, and strategic advisor with 20+ years of experience building, scaling, and advising consumer products, health and wellness, retail, and digital media businesses. She is recognized for blending creative brand-building and product innovation with hands-on operational rigor, driving transformational growth, developing highly effective teams, and guiding companies through complex transitions and market entry.

At Everest Advisors, Angela delivers fractional executive leadership and strategic advisory to midmarket and investor-backed companies, partnering with leadership teams and sponsors to sharpen positioning, strengthen operating frameworks, and activate go-to-market plans to accelerate growth and expand margins.

Most recently, Angela founded and led TRIBALI Foods, an organic, ancestral-inspired CPG brand, overseeing product innovation, supply chain, marketing, and partnerships; the company earned woman-owned certification, partnered with Whole30 and Primal Kitchen, and scaled nationally across online wellness communities.

Previously, she led high-performing sales and business development teams as Director of Ad Sales at Clickability and Director of Business Development for Ad Sales at E*TRADE, driving revenue growth and long-term client relationships in fast-paced technology and financial services environments.

Earlier, she owned two profitable San Francisco retail ventures—Glow Girl and Scout Shoes—managing operations, merchandising, staffing, and growth, which deepened her end-to-end operating perspective from storefront to supply chain.

Angela earned an MBA from Pepperdine University and a B.A. in Communications/International Relations at the University of Southern California. She remains actively engaged in her community, serving on the boards of Friends of Foothill Family, Young & Healthy, and the Children’s Guild of Pasadena.
