Ryan Koschak is an operations and technology specialist with a strong foundation in systems integration, process optimization, and organizational efficiency. He combines administrative expertise with hands-on technical experience to improve operations, enhance communication, and create seamless connections between people, processes, and technology.

At Everest, Ryan serves as an Operations Associate, managing workflows, supporting core platforms and project management systems, coordinating internal communications, and ensuring smooth operations that drive the firm’s high-impact advisory services.

Before joining Everest, Ryan designed and implemented integrated technology solutions for clients—combining smart systems, audio-visual setups, and Apple technology to enhance connectivity and performance. He has successfully led complex technology installations, integrating IoT devices, multimedia systems, and home automation applications to create connected, fully functional environments.

Ryan holds an Associate Degree of Applied Sciences in Computer Networking Systems from Dunwoody College of Technology, where he earned Dean’s List honors and served as President of the Student Leadership Council.
