His work spans fractional CFO engagements, KPI development, SOX compliance, credit and capital strategy, and end-to-end financial governance.

He has served as full-time CFO for Cherokee Global Brands (CHKE), Decentralized Life (WDLF), EagleNXT (UAVS), and Wellgistics (WGRX), overseeing SEC reporting, investor relations, cross-border operations, compensation planning, and large-scale operational reengineering.
A recognized authority in enterprise systems transformation, Mark has led more than 90 ERP implementations across NetSuite, Oracle, MS Dynamics, and Sage Intacct—compressing reporting cycles, enhancing transparency, and building audit-ready financial infrastructures capable of supporting rapid scaling and public-company scrutiny.
