Jennifer LeBlanc is a dynamic finance and operations executive with over 25 years of experience driving growth, transformation, and operational excellence across the entertainment, consumer products, professional services, and nonprofit sectors. Renowned for her analytical rigor and collaborative leadership Jennifer has held senior roles in Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized businesses and start-ups of varying sizes and stages, including mission-driven organizations.

At Everest Advisors, Jennifer operates as a fractional and interim CFO, guiding small and mid-sized businesses on matters including scaling the business, transaction preparation, capital strategy, financial operations, and fundraising. She previously spent three years as an outsourced CFO and controller for Andersen LLC, where she oversaw investment portfolios and led ERP implementations for family offices and operating companies.

Previously, Jennifer served as CFO of the AFM & SAG-AFTRA Intellectual Property Rights Distribution Fund, managing a $200M+ investment portfolio and spearheading initiatives that increased international royalty revenue by 75%. Earlier, as Director of Business Planning at Disney Consumer Products, she led P&L management and strategic planning for global licensing, delivering double-digit revenue growth, and integrating international acquisitions. At Disney Imagineering, she oversaw capital budgeting and ROI analysis for large-scale theme park developments.

Jennifer began her career at McKesson Water Products, directing FP&A and capital investment for an $800M business, and leading the successful JD Edwards ERP implementation. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and is an actively licensed CPA in California.
